I am a book lover, editor, and publisher who believes that life is too short for boring sentences. Let's have fun as we tell your story! I believe that in every title published and every legacy shaped, there is a rhythm of a story. I am a long-serving editor, writer, and publishing expert. My career spans boardrooms, classrooms, and newsrooms (as a contributing writer to East and Central Africa's largest newspaper, The Nation). As the former Regional Director for East Africa at Oxford University Press and CEO of Phoenix Publishers Ltd, I have led transformations in institutional culture, editorial standards, and market strategy across East African countries.

 

I have worked with governments, schools, global agencies, and national icons, infusing corporate rigour with the dignity of storytelling. I am currently shaping memoirs and other books—all with a poet’s touch and a strategist’s lens. At the forefront of East Africa’s AI publishing revolution, I am pioneering editorial workflows that harmonise tradition with innovation. Whether mentoring young editors or advising international bodies, I bring clarity, warmth, and a deep respect for cultural voices.
